Here’s how.

After-installation maintenance is very important. Please read the following instructions to ensure the highest quality for post-installation.

• After completion of the installation, homeowners will need to wait at least 24 hours before placing and/or use of new countertop. In order for the top quality of our countertops, the silicone adhesive and epoxy will need time to cure. As for natural stone orders, you will need to provide the same amount of time to allow the sealant to dry properly.

• Within the 24 hour wait, please do not connect the drain after the installation of your undermount sink. This is essential for the adhesive to cure properly. The stress of connecting a drain may cause a weaker bond to the sink and ruin the quality of the product.

• If you plan on installing any garbage disposal units, please ensure that proper connectivity is to a cabinet and not suspended from the sink. Added weight from the garbage disposal may cause breaks in the bonds used to fix the sink.

• NOTE: All clientele will have a 1 year warranty of installation issues starting from date of installation.

Repairs, Chips, Seams

We will repair all chips and seams. We provide recleaning, sealing and changing your stones state to honed or polished.

Restoration

We will restore shine, remove stains, etch marks and scratches.

Fabrication

We will remake sink cutouts for a new sink to be installed or any other fabrication needed at our clients home to refit new appliances.
