Design
Our design team will help you select the best stone for your project that fits your budget. Once you agreed on the quote, we will book an appointment with our Customer Representative to take measurements of your project. After the templates/measurements are made the production manager will interpret the cut sheet and trace the patterns onto the stone slab to starts his precise cuts onto the stone. The bench worker will fabricate the stone edges finishes and sealed the stone when they are done. Once the products are completed it will be delivered to be installed at the jobsite.
Pre-Measure Check List
We strive to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our clients. In order to achieve that experience, please follow these steps to ensure a problem free installation.
We require the client and/or home owner to be present during our measurement process to discuss designs and answer any relevant questions.
Cabinetry fully installed, including doors, drawers, end gables, paneling and knobs and to be leveled.
Sink(s), including sink templates, faucet(s), soap dispenser, install hot spray nozzle or all appliances; Stoves, Range cooktop and spec sheets etc to be on-site
Plywood sub-tops to be specified by kitchen cabinet installers or granite installers.
Thickness of plywood to be determined by height of doors, drawers in relation to height of cabinetry
If existing arborite/laminate countertops: removal of tops and disconnect sink (s) by others, or by our team.
All contents in cupboards and drawers to be removed at time of installation of plywood sub-tops and at time of installation of granite tops (due to dust/particles from on site cutting/drilling)
if fail to comply these preparations, please be advised that a second trip fee will be applied.
