Please remove all existing plumbing and countertops prior to our visit. Our crew members will not install countertops if plumbing is not removed.
Please remove all clutter on or in cabinets, any objects that may obstruct the installation, any objects that may obstruct access points, and leave in a separate room away from product and the installers work space. As per the sink cabinet, please remove any item and/or clutter to ensure the installers have enough room to safely mount your sink.
Please remove any objects in the main path of entry for the installers. This will allow the installers to have a quick, easy, and smooth access point to come in and out for the installation. New countertops tend to be very heavy and awkward depending on the design. We want to ensure the product has a safe access point and away from potential obstruction. Our installers will need a sufficient amount of space to bring in the product.
Please note that for cast-iron and over-sized sink products cannot be directly mounted to the underside of the counter. In turn, they must be alternatively supported.
Finally, please disconnect supply lines for gas stoves. This is very important for our installers as they need to safely move the stove or cook-tops safely.
